Insulating Walls; save money on electricity bills
(& keep the heat and noise outside )

For Commercial and Residential Philippine Buildings

More and more Philippine buildings are now built with these light-weight panels made from the mixture of small polystyrene beads (INSULATION!), portland cement, and chemical admixtures, sandwiched between two cement boards. The panels come in different thickness and heights.

· Weight is only 25% of the weight of hollow blocks because the concrete is mixed with polystyrene beads.

· Strong and Hard as Granite (strong enough to hold a large book-case or a heavy T.V.)

· No need to plaster (Smooth skinned; only the joints we fill.) Plaster can cause peeling and cracking. Surface is neutralized, ready to paint/finish.

· Installation 5X quicker than hollow blocks; you do not have to spend many months checking the progress of your building.

· Heat- and Sound Insulation (save money on electricity bills for aircon and reduce noise from outside)

· Used by Globe, Smart, Jollibee, to name a few   ---

Here you see the panels placed between the reinforced concrete columns.

The (reinforced-) panels are AS HARD AS GRANITE; strong enough to hold a large book-case or a heavy T.V.

Electrical wires, plumbing etc. are easily integrated in the panels by simply cutting out the required space with a stone-cutting tool.

To connect the panels there are 2 systems: (1) by track - with 'holders' or (2) by simply doweling it. The panels are welded to the columns/beams.
